PINEAPPLE WILD BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE--helps prevent bloating


This combination is one of my favorites. It's a summertime staple for me.


1/2 pinapple

2 cups of frozen wild blueberries

1 lime-squeeze

1/2 cup to 1 cup of organic coconut water or filtered water

Blend everything together and enjoy!


Why this combination? Because it's excellent if you have bloating issues.
